WARRANTY INFORMATION

SAVVY LLC offers a 1 year limited warranty on Carbon Products to the original purchaser starting from the date of original purchase. Warranty will cover against any defects in the finish or structural properties of SAVVY LLC products. Products are inspected before shipment however, in the unlikely event a product is suspected of being defective, the customer may elect to return the product to SAVVY LLC. Any item that is determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at SAVVY LLC’s sole discretion. On any warranty claim, SAVVY LLC will be responsible for SAVVY LLC parts only. SAVVY LLC is not responsible for any labor or inconvenience charges incurred by the customer.
